Ultimate Todos is a powerful and elegant application to quickly organize and effectively manage your daily tasks and time. Unlike other task management applications, Ultimate Todos is both simple to use and offers an exceptionally rich set of features.

Dashboard
List of all tasks sorted by their importance.
List of tasks that you should complete first.
List of tasks that are flagged.
List of overdue tasks.
List of tasks that are due today.
List of scheduled tasks.
List of all tasks sorted by their priorities or statuses.

Highlights
Highlights page shows a list of your tasks that you want to complete as soon as possible. The sorting order in highlights page is as follows:
Overdue tasks
Tasks that are due today
Flagged tasks
High priority tasks
Tasks that are due today
 
Task Details (Preview)
This page shows a task's details in an easy to read format.

Even though this page is optimized for viewing the task details, it allows limited task editing (which can be enabled or disabled from application settings).

Selecting the 'Edit' button will open another 'Task Details' page which will allow editing all task properties.

Contexts
Using the 'Contexts' page, you can create, modify and delete contexts. You can also group tasks by their contexts or see list of the tasks for each context.

To create a new context, select the '+' button. This will open the 'Context Details' page in which you can select enter a title and select an icon for the new context you would like to create.

To edit an existing context, select 'Edit' button first. This will put the page in editing mode. Next, select the context you want to edit. Once you are done editing contexts, select 'Done' button to return to the normal mode.

Selecting 'All tasks' shows a list of all tasks grouped by their contexts. Choosing a context shows all tasks that are assigned to the selected context.

Tags
Using the 'Tags' page, you can create, modify and delete tags. You can also group tasks by their tags or see list of the tasks for each tag.

To create a new tag, select the '+' button. This will open the 'Tag Details' page in which you can select enter a title and select an icon for the new tag you would like to create.

To edit an existing tag, select 'Edit' button first. This will put the page in editing mode. Next, select the tag you want to edit. Once you are done editing tags, select 'Done' button to return to the normal mode.

Selecting 'All tasks' shows a list of all tasks grouped by their tags. Choosing a tag shows all tasks that are assigned to the selected tag.

Tag/Context Details
This page is shown while creating a new tag/context or editing an existing tag/context. Creating or editing tags/contexts are explained in 'Contexts' and 'Tags' sections above.

This page allows you to set the title of your tags/contexts. In addition to setting the title, you can select an icon for your tags/contexts as well. These icons are used both in Tags/Contexts pages and in the task list pages to indicate a task's tags and contexts (see an example below).

Task Details (Edit)
This page allows editing all properties of your tasks.

To edit a field, simply select the field to be edited. Selecting a field will open the appropriate editing page for the field.

Scroll down on this page to add, modify or delete Voice Notes and Reference Contacts.

Voice Notes
Instead of typing notes for your tasks, you can add as many audio recordings as you want to your tasks. Click here for more information about Voice Notes feature.

Reference Contacts
You assign one or more contacts to a task. The assigned contacts will add links to your task and these links can be used to call or send email to the related contact directly within your task.

To add a reference contact, scroll down to the bottom of the 'Task Details' page and select 'Add new contact reference...'.

To replace an existing reference contact with another contact, select the reference contact.

To delete an existing reference contact, select the '-' button on the left of the reference contact and then select 'Delete'. 

Toodledo Synchronization
You can synchronize your tasks with Toodledo using this page.



Application Settings
Ultimate Todos is a heavily customizable application. In order to customize the application settings, open 'Settings' on iPhone and then select 'To Do' from the list.

On startup, show: Lets you select the page that appears when the program starts.

Edit in preview page: Enables or disables task editing while on the first 'Task Details' page. Please note that editing on the first 'Task Details' page is limited to certain fields only and you might need to go to the second 'Task Details' page in order to edit some properties of the task.

Hide 'Active' status: If enabled, the 'Active' text is not shown on the task list pages.


Hide in all pages: If enabled, completed tasks are not shown in list except the 'Completed' list.

Automatically delete: If enabled, deletes the completed tasks after the specified number of days.

Badge Settings: Enables or disables the application badge icon. You can also configure the type of tasks to be included in the badge count.

Dashboard items: The lists that appear on the Dashboard can be customized from here.
