Ultimate Todos' dashboard offers innovative and easy access to your tasks. You can see all your tasks grouped and sorted by their importance, or you can see a list of tasks that you want to get to before others, or you can group and sort your tasks by their schedules, priorities or statuses.

Contexts
You can create your own contexts with your customized icons. Each task can have one or more contexts. You can group your tasks by their contexts or quickly list tasks with a specific context in it.

Tags
Tags are similar to folders, but more powerful. You can create your own tags with your customized icons. Each task can have one or more tags. You can group your tasks by their tags or quickly list tasks with a specific tag in it.

Voice Notes
Instead of typing notes for your tasks, you can add as many audio recordings as you want to your tasks.

Reference Contacts
You assign one or more contacts to a task. The assigned contacts will add links to your task and these links can be used to call or send email to the related contact directly within your task.
